Meet Gina!

When life feels heavy, a compassionate space can help lighten the load. As a licensed clinical social worker, I help college students (18+) and adults process grief & loss, manage stress & anxiety, and navigate the complexities of parenting. I specialize in health-related anxiety and have extensive experience working with both cancer patients and healthcare workers. I’m deeply passionate about working with parents of neurodiverse children and single-parent households, understanding the emotional complexities that come with balancing caregiving, life’s transitions, and personal well-being.
My approach combines warmth, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset. I’m certified in creative arts therapy and love incorporating therapeutic writing for clients seeking a more creative or nontraditional way to express themselves. We will create a compassionate environment where you can explore fears, process grief, and build emotional resilience. Our work together will be collaborative, aimed at providing you with the tools, confidence, and lasting relief to navigate life’s challenges with greater balance and peace of mind. Looking forward to the possibility of working together!
