When emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or self-doubt begin to take up too much space, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and regain a sense of balance. I support individuals in better understanding those experiences and developing the tools needed to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual therapy for college students and adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, adjustment challenges, body image, relationship challenges, grief, and the impact of past or ongoing stressors and trauma.
